Valentine’s Day ‘Do!
We don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day, but the hairdo’s are SO cute!! So, here if how to do a simple heart!
To begin I round brush the hair. This is optional, but it makes it super soft and pretty.
Then I pull half of the hair up like so.
Do a flip UNDER.
Divide the strand in half.
Braid each half.
Pull the hair into a pony tail form. Next add the braids and put in ponytail holder.
The end!!

Growing Out Bangs Part II
This is a hairstyle that I came up with all quick. I don’t like it that well, but I decided I would share. I was going to do something else but Bethel insisted on pull throughs. After that, she said ( demanded describes it better!) she wanted a braid. So here is a concoction of pull throughs, uneven braids, and keeping her hair off her neck!
Okay, by this point her hair is wet. Wetting the hair is optional, but I would recommend it. It reduces fly-aways and helps the hair stay in better. I do not use hair spray because it makes hair hard to brush. I also don’t find it necessary buy substituting water. Anyways, ponytail off a LOOSE ponytail in the front. Be sure to include her bangs in it. This is the part where it pulls back the bangs. The next step pull the bangs so that, when her hair dries, she doesn’t have horns. Bethel has been known to have these.
I did a pull-through on it. If you don’t know how to do one, scroll down to my video. Repeat 2-3 times.
You can see how many times I repeated this by the picture above. But, still it is a matter of personal preference.
Next, I pulled it into a ponytail.
Divide into three uneven sections and braid. The only reason I took this picture was to show how uneven my strands were.

So, you said you want a view from the front?

Growing Out Bangs Part I & And a Pull-Through Headband
Okay, I have been STRUGGLING trying to think of things to do with bangs when your growing them out. You want to keep them out of her face because they’re getting longer, but still SO short it is hard to do anything with them. I am going to be doing a few parts ( E.G. part I, part II). I am hoping to help some people who are struggling with this, too. I know how hard it is. I check many hair blogs, but they either have bang or don’t have bangs. No one seems to be growing out bangs! Anyways, this is a hairdo that is fun and simple and work for growing out bangs. It even works with out growing out bangs. I just kept sectioning and ponytailing ’till I get to where I want to start.
The front. She hurt her head and insisted on putting a band aid right there. She got that doll from our cousin and she loves it.

Now, the pull through head band. Now, you can do it the way we did it ( leaving the hair straight) or you can curl it. The day we took the pictures, we left it straight. The next day we did curls with a flat iron. Now, I did a quick video of how to do a pull-through. I thought about doing a picture tutorial, but it was too hard to explain. So click below to watch the video:
Now the pictures. I just pony tailed three sections and did pull-throughs. Nice, simple, and out the door in sixty seconds!

Okay, now a funny. Now it’s not Bethel. Nope! Not Judah or Jubilee. Mom! We were sitting in the living room eating sweet tarts (my mom’s addiction) and having a good time. Mommy all the sudden started singing..
“I am the queen of my double wide trailer,
with polyester curtains,
and a red-wood deck.
* pause*
Uh-oh that’s what we have!”
And it’s true polyester curtains, red-wood deck.
* Julie, thanks for telling me the books you have! I’m going to have to look on amazon!*
