I made these for lunch the other day and they were a huge hit. I loved them! They don’t taste like apples, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. They taste really good. You forget your being healthy because they’re so good! I like them better than normal sandwiches!
All you do is core an apple, slice into discs, smear peanut butter on one, sandwich another on top, add chocolate chips to the center, and voila!
