Visiting a Friend Who Has Air Conditioning
23 July 2008Yesterday a couple from our church that are grandparents invited us over. They always invite us to come but yesterday we did. Me and the kids stayed all day. Mr. Ben walked Levi through the woods and let him search for arrow heads. They also looked through his collection and picked up pears that the little thunderstorm knocked down. Mrs. Linda played with the kids and had a big time! She cooked a LARGE LARGE lunch…oh I mean southern “dinner”…for us. It was wonderful. We had a fun filled day!
Now the electrician hasn’t even called. Jeff called last night and he hasn’t returned our call. I am SO not amused by this point! HA Today isn’t as hot but last night ALL the family got in the pool…babies and all. Jeff is doing a “marathon”. That is what we call when he has to work day and night several days in a row to complete a job. This happens very often.
Judah has developed a fear of animals. All my kids have had that at some point but just last week Judah loved our big dog. Now he has a terrible fear.

Oh my, I think I’d be calling him every few hours not once a day, eventually he’ll call back or answer the phone just to get you guys to quit calling him! LOL!!
I hope he calls soon so you can get some relieft!

I don’t know how to help with the animal fear. The only one I have that is ‘afraid’ of dogs is Justin and I don’t know if he is really scared of them (even our little 5 pounder) or just doesn’t like them and wants nothing to do with them. He’s only ever wanted fish until recently he’s been asking for a orange kitten so he can name him Garfield. We’ve decided to indulge him…………as soon as we get back from vacation in September. Keithann has one that she will keep for us until then, he’s only a few weeks old right now.
