Flu Shot

What do you do on a HORRIBLE homeschool day when everyone is grumpy? Go for your flu shot!! I have been waiting 8 weeks for everyone to get better…and they still aren’t. So, I took the older 3 for their shot today.   Judah and Jubilee aren’t well and I am waiting until maybe next week.  We will see…Judah has about 12 teeth and 3 or 4 more coming in.  I hear a rattle in his chest and he has a bad cough. So, we may be going to the dr AGAIN!!

We have never had the flu shot. But, since moving to MS, the kids have had the flu 2 or 3 times. Last year the twins had RSV and then the flu the next week. They will have to get 2 doses of the shot. But, with dum dum pops, we can handle it. 

I took little surprises along with us. Cassia volunteered to go first. WHen Bethel saw I gave her a treat for getting her shot she jumped up in line and was ready to get the shot!! Bribery…a mother’s best tool! HA
