These are a few I was typing out for someone else and thought I would post.  We use these often.

I found this blog of this lady that is crockpot cooking every day in 2008. I have gotten some recipes to try. I made her taco soup yesterday, minus the meat to save $$$, and it is really good.

Sunday dinner

It is Saturday night but I put Sunday dinner in the crock pot. That makes life easier on everyone on Sunday morning.
This is my mother-in-law’s recipe adapted just a little.  THis is my version.  Sometimes we just make it all for the chicken with no dumplings. It is a wonderful flavored chicken.
