[T]his book presents a decent and concise explanation of the presuppositional veiw of Bible translation. He is a bit heavy-handed at times and I have read conflicting information on a few points. He does make a good case for formal equivalence in a translation, while acknowledging that complete formal equivalence is not possible. He also has a very brief appendix on the errors of typical KJVO advocates and distinguishing such positions from traditional and confessional views on the subject.
